Pacman Frog

(Ceratophrys spp.)

Named for their round shape and huge mouths, Pacman Frogs are sit-and-wait ambush predators that spend most of their lives buried with only their eyes and mouth visible. Pacman frogs are native to wet, humid jungles in South America, where these frogs are bold feeders and come in a variety of stunning colors and patterns thanks to selective breeding.
